Auburn is excited to debut its Face to Face blog!

The new Face to Face blog is an unusual case of how technology can sometimes mirror the real world. Most of the time, the Internet is a vast, cold place--a repository where there's tons of information, unsolicited opinion, and where the warm and welcoming places seem far and few between.

Except for blogs. Blogs are some of the few places online where a writer's personality can shine, where you can read a person's innermost thoughts over a cup of coffee or tea. Blogs are places where stories can still be told, where technology is used to cross borders and bridge divides.

Auburn's Face to Face program has bridge-building and border-crossing as its principal mission. And so it it fitting that we welcome Audrey White, a Sophomore at University of Texas at Austin and a Face to Face staffer as our first-ever guest blogger extraordinaire. Welcome Audrey: we look forward to witnessing you heal the world--both at Face to Face and in the blogosphere.
