The 2010-11 Comprehensive Program will hold its first of two three-day residential conferences on October 27-29, 2010 at the Chautauqua Institution in Chautauqua, New York. The second conference will be on May 2-4, 2011, also at Chautauqua.

This six-month program is for clergy and professional lay leaders. At the residential participants reflect on the goals and challenges of ministry, engage with leadership theory and practice, and begin individual work with a professional coach. Twice-monthly individual coaching sessions
