Applications for the 2011 Comprehensive Coaching Program are currently being accepted. Download the application here.

The Auburn Coaching Institute offers three types of programs:

The Comprehensive Program
The Comprehensive is a 6-month coaching program for clergy and professional lay leaders.  It includes two 3-day residential conferences where clergy reflect on the goals and challenges of ministry, engage with leadership theory and practice, and begin individual work with a professional coach, and twice-monthly individual coaching sessions.

Customized Coaching Programs for Individuals or Teams
Auburn can customize a coaching contract to meet your particular needs, grounding the work in our guiding philosophy.  If you are unsure of what your needs might be, we will talk about your goals for the relationship and then suggest a program that would be most effective for you.  We work with leaders in a variety of organizational settings: congregational, judicatory, academic, and non-profit.

Coaching Skills Classes
If you are interested in developing and utilizing coaching skills in your current work (congregational, judicatory, etc.), then our Coaching Skills Classes will provide what you are looking for.  These classes teach you the methodology of coaching and how to apply it in your supervisory work with staff or volunteers.  For further information please email JAustin@auburnseminary.org
