Ilana oversees the Jerusalem program for Face to Face / Faith to Faith. Ilana is the Director of Youth and Young Adult Programs at the Interreligious Coordinating Council of Israel (ICCI). She oversees ICCI's youth and young adult programs as well as alumni programming, and mentors the program facilitators. Ilana is a certified Occupational Therapist specializing in mental health. She has participated in several professional training programs on student and staff supervision and on case management, and is a graduate of the Dialogue Facilitators course of the Neve Shalom School for Peace. Ilana has been working with youth and young adults in different communities in Israeli society for the past 15 years, in both facilitatory and supervisory positions in informal and formal education programs.
