Auburn can customize a coaching contract to meet your particular needs, grounding the work in our guiding philosophy.  If you are unsure of what your needs might be, we will talk about your goals for the relationship and then suggest a program that would be most effective for you.  We work with leaders in a variety of organizational settings: congregational, judicatory, academic, and non-profit.
