The Northeast Coaching Comprehensive is an intensive leadership development program for church leaders, and is held every fall at The Chautauqua Institution in Chautauqua, NY. This program is for those who are effective in ministry, but want to increase leadership competencies and challenge themselves and their ministry.

You will have the opportunity to work with a professional coach for 15 one-on-one sessions, and participate in two residential conferences to engage leadership theory and practice, including plenary sessions, facilitated group discussion, and workshops.

The Auburn Coaching Institute (ACI) works with religious leaders and organizations to develop resilient leaders who create and enhance vision, and actualize mission and values. Auburn Theological Seminary was founded almost two hundred years ago for the formation of church leaders “hardy” enough for life on the frontier. Today we are responding to a new religious frontier and a host of challenges and opportunities for leaders and their ministries. With the support of Lilly Endowment Inc. and other foundation and individual supporters, Auburn has developed an array of programs and services to bring professional coaching and leadership skills to the work of religious leaders.
