Auburn at a Glance
Auburn trains leaders to reach across lines of faith, from American neighborhoods to conflict areas around the world. The Center for Multifaith Education innovates methods for people of all faiths, from teenagers to senior religious leaders, to serve religiously diverse communities, to grow spiritually, and to heal the world together. In the Face to Face | Faith to Faith program, teens from the Middle East, Northern Ireland, South Africa, and the U.S. use their religious traditions to build more peaceful communities.
The Center for Christian Leadership equips Christian leaders to thrive amidst the complex challenges of contemporary ministry; address the most pressing issues in church and public life with theological depth, intellectual rigor, and practical insight; and reach across theological, social, and geographical divisions to find new possibilities for common life and ministry.
The Center for the Study of Theological Education supports religious leaders through research on theological education (topics include finances, faculty, governance, students and education programs) and consulting with theological schools and the religious bodies they serve.
Auburn Media provides media expertise to religious leaders and religious expertise to the media. Recognizing that so many turn to mainstream media and the internet for information, education and inspiration, Auburn Media equips religious leaders to communicate effectively through media channels and helps the press connect with and cover today’s most compelling religious voices.
From corporate ethics to prison re-entry, and from lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender equality to war, Auburn creates programs to meet the immediate needs of today.
